PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

PCOS a significant public health problem and is one of the commonest hormonal disturbances affecting women of reproductive age.

The condition affects an estimated 8–13% of women of reproductive age, and up to 70% of cases are undiagnosed. In PCOS your hormones get imbalanced. Ovaries start producing high levels of Androgen.

1. Do the Cat Pose (Marjaryasana Yoga)

How to Do It:

  • Start on your hands and knees
  • Inhale and arch your back (Cow Pose)
  • Exhale and round your back (Cat Pose)
  • Repeat for 10 rounds, three times a day

    Benefits:
    Helps in balancing hormones and relieving stress
    Reduces weight
    Tones reproductive system

2. Drink Diluted Apple Cider Vinegar

Usage:

  • Mix 15 ml of apple cider vinegar with water or juice.
  • Drink daily in the morning and before meals.
