Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (Basic) Therapy Training
A 7 days Basic Level Training as taught by Kusum Modak!

In this therapy training we will be working with two ancient sciences of India – Yoga and Ayurveda Massage. This massage combines deep penetrating strokes with Iyengar Yoga based stretches, which are gentle, orderly and progressive. The postures are adjusted to meet the conditions and needs of each receiver. The massage is done on floor with special herb and oil to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, helping to eliminate toxins and to improve vital energy.

Timetable:
7 am to 8 am Dynamic Meditation
8 am to 9.15 am Shower, Breakfast
9.15 am 2 pm Session 1
1.30 pm to 2.30 pm Lunch
2.30 pm to 5 pm Session 2
5.30 pm to 6.30 pm Kundalini Meditation
7.00 pm to 8.15 pm white robe
8.15 to 9.15 pm dinner
