The human body is a living Temple. Connecting with the body, being aware of it and cleansing it from blockages is vital to the physical, mental and spiritual health of all human beings.
In this Therapy Training we will be working with two ancient sciences of India – Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage.
This massage combines deep penetrating strokes with yoga based stretches, which are gentle, orderly and progressive.
The postures are adjusted to meet the conditions and needs of each receiver.
The massage is done with special herb and oil to stimulate blood circulation and help release toxins.
Other benefits of this massage include improving posture, breathing, flexibility, mobility and restoring energetic balance.
This training is an invitation for all those who are interested to know their own body/mind system and heal themselves by inviting their own body wisdom and support other friends to heal.
After the training, the participant will be able to create a 60 min. session, depending upon the need of each Body/Mind system.
Certificate and Training Manual will be given after the successful completion of the training.
The training is only for those who are willing to work Intensely and Sincerely.
