This Course uses Indian wisdom such as Ayurveda, Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Meditations to work on physical, mental, emotional and soul level to bring perfect health, wholeness and blissfulness.
At the end of the course:

2. You will learn different meditation techniques for yourself, as well as for sharing with others.
3.You can make a full body 60 or 90 minute Ayurvedic Yoga Massage session
